Minimums: Our overall minimum spend is $200 + GST
We may have varied pack size requirements depending on the brand. If your order does not meet the minimum order requirement for a brand or product the system will let you know automatically. Please note - some brands have a dedicated minimum spend shown below.

Information on Payment: Bank transfer or card payments are both welcome. Please note - we pass on the merchant fee of 1.75% for card payments. Invoices are pro-forma. Payment is due once stock is ready for shipment. Our team will confirm your order and send your invoice. Payment is due within 5 business days. If payment is not made within that time the order will be cancelled and stock released.
Information on pre-order items: If an item is out of stock or on pre-order the system will give information on the expected date of arrival. You can still add these items to the order as normal. If you order a combination of items in stock and on pre-order, we will hold your order for all items to arrive. If you would like to have any items that are in stock delivered prior, you will need to submit two separate orders.
Supply Agreement: Depending on the brand/s you have chosen to stock you may be asked to sign a supply agreement at the time payment is due on your first order with us. It sets out key terms and conditions of re-sale of our products. A copy of this agreement will be sent prior to your first invoice and we will keep a signed copy on file.
Important Note: Sales via 3rd party marketplace channels are not permitted. This includes and is not limited to Ebay, Amazon, Etsy etc.
Changes: We will do our best to accommodate changes if required – feel free to contact our team.
Marketing: You are very welcome to access the images and media found on our website for all brands. If you have a specific request for assistance with artwork / marketing – please do not hesitate to let us know as we would be very happy to help you on a case by case basis to support sales efforts.
